Provenienza: Zona collinare dei comuni di Rovescala, Montù Beccaria e di Nibbiano
Lavorazione: Spremitura soffice delle uve e fermentazione del mosto a temperatura controllata. Successiva rifermentazione lenta in autoclave con lieviti selezionati.
Grado alcolico: 11,5% vol
Colore: Rosato con riflessi aranciati
Sapore: Morbido di buona struttura acidica, perlage fine e persistente
Abbinamenti: Servire ad una temperatura di 4-7 gradi, ideale come aperitivo. Si accompagna a piatti di pesce ma è eccellente anche a tutto pasto

Charmat sparkling wine obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes, characterized by a fine perlage.

Soft pink, on the palate soft and caressing with a long persistence.

Serve at 6° – 8° C.

Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif or as a whole meal. Ideal with raw scampi and fish carpaccio.

Land of origin: high hill of the communes of Ziano Piacentino, Pianello and Nibbiano.
