ALUDRA - BARBERA Colli Piacentini DOC Aludra is obtained from the vinification of Barbera grapes produced in the best vineyards of the Cantina di Vicobarone for exposure, conformation and age of the vines. The low yield per hectare helps to obtain a grape with ideal qualities for a long aging that lasts 18 months, 12 of which in oak barrels. The elegance and power of the vine are perfectly combined to create a wine with hints of red fruit and well-balanced spices in the taste. Ideal with game, braised meats and mature cheeses
